TOIMITUS/SHIPPING

Verkkokaupan tilaukset Suomessa toimitetaan Postin kautta tai ne voidaan noutaa suoraan myymälästä. Tuotteiden nouto tapahtuu myymälästä Helsingin Kruununhaka(Liisankatu 12, 00170 Helsinki) arkisin klo 11.00 – 17.00 ja La klo 12.00-16.00 välisenä aikana. Noudon ajankohta ilmoitetaan erikseen.

VAIHTO JA PALAUTUS/CHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Tuotteilla on täysi 14 vrk:n vaihto- ja palautusoikeus kuittia vastaan.
Palautettavien ja vaihdettavien tuotteiden tulee olla käyttämättömiä ja palautettava omassa myyntipakkauksessa.
Palautettavien ja vaihtelevien tuotteiden on oltava käytössä.

Helihelmi palauttaa tuotteen hinnan kokonaisuudessaan kuittia vastaan.

Asiakkaat maksavat oman osan kuljetuskustannuksista tuotteiden palauttamiseksi ja vaihtamiseksi.

Ensimmäinen vaihtokerta ovat maksuttomia.
Seuraavista vaihdoista veloitetaan toimituskulujen mukainen veloitus.

Palautus- ja vaihto-oikeus ei koske räätälöityjä tuotteita eli CM.***** tuotta.

Palautus ei koske tuotteita, jotka on ostettu erikoishinnoin tai alennuksin. Vain normaalihintaiset tuotteet voidaan palauttaa. Myynnissä olevia tuotteita ei voi palauttaa.

The products have a full 14-day exchange and return right by the receipt.

Products to be returned and exchanged must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging.

Returnable and changeable products must have no defects against new sale.

Helihelmi will refund the full price of the product by the receipt which meet the policy of return and exchange.

Customers pay their own share of shipping costs to return and exchange products.

The first exchange shipping fee is free of charge due to our reasons and errors to exhange the product after the product is received and inspected.

The following exchanges will be charged according to the shipping costs.

The right of return and exchange does not apply to customized products, i.e. CM.***** products.

The right of return and exchange does not apply to the products, which are purchased with special prices or by discounts.
